We understand that sometimes digital products might not meet your expectations. That's why at Tinypebble Books, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a return for your digital product.

Eligibility for a Return:

  • To qualify for a return, the product should not have been downloaded or used.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@tinypebblebooks.com.
  • As our products are digital, there is no physical return address or need for shipping.

Return Process:

  • Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Digital products downloaded or accessed cannot be returned.

  • If you encounter technical issues or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns for digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • For digital products, exchanges can be handled by initiating a return and then making a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The digital product should not be downloaded or used.

Refunds:

  • After receiving your return request, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund decision.
  • If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note processing time may vary for banks or credit card companies.
